Shefan Solutions is a family owned and operated company with a passion for protecting others with our custom designed and engineered products. The Seat-Belt Pro is our flagship product that aims to protect anyone using a seat-belt from dangerous germs that often build up on seat-belt materials over time. It is our mission to provide a clean, and worry-free solution to the problem of unclean, germ-filled seat-belts.
Alex Marew Founder and President
Alex Marew is the founder of Shefan Solutions, with experience in business development and management. Alex has a deep passion for helping others and developing innovative products. Prior to starting the company, Alex was a supervisor of a social service group in Lancaster PA. He overlooked operations, employee responsibilities. Alex is driven by leadership and teaching others. He periodically hosts leadership meetings in Maryland and Virginia teaching thousands how to start businesses and better their financial success. He carries his leadership and ambitions into everything he does. Alex started Shefan Solutions aiming to use his passion of helping others and developing products to help promote the health and safety of individuals.
Bruke A Marew Co-Founder and Head of Design
Bruke Marew co-founded Shefan Solutions with his father Alex Marew in 2015 to develop the companies first product “BeltPro” the seat belt cover. He has a deep passion for design in many different aspects such as product design, graphic design, and other creative works. He’s fueled by his drive to understand how great design can influence and positively affect others. Meanwhile, he’s always open to a good challenge, considering himself a “forever student” eager to learn and develop his skills.
Bruke joined the company to combine his passion with the hopes of inspiring others to stay ambitious and create products that can help others. Shefan Solutions was created to develop products that can help better the safety and health of others.

Seife Moges Regional Sales Manager
Seife worked as a building contractor from 1998 to 2004 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Later moved to the United States and managed a department store in New York and Baltimore from 2014 to 2007. He later began managing Moges Transportation and Sinai Hospital of Baltimore from 2007 to 2014 and eventually transitioning into sales in Stream Energy. He recently joined Shefan Solutions in 2015 carrying over his experience in business and customer management.
